Which browsers are supported?
Most popular browsers are supported: MS Internet Explorer 7.x, Mozilla Firefox 2.x and Safari 2.x. Older versions might also be supported, but not tested. Theoretically any modern web browser with proper CSS 2 and java script support will render our pages correctly. Nevertheless, also text-based and portable device users are kindly welcomed. [back]
Why can’t I see any video clip?
Either your browser, respectively your computer is missing the latest Adobe Flash Player which is required to play the video clips shown on our site. After installation close and open your browser again to assure that the latest Flash Player is properly installed. Or the browser being used does not recognize the video format failing finding the appropriate plug in to read the stream. If the problem still persists after installing Adobe Flash Player, you can always download the movie to your computer then play it afterwards in QuickTime.[back]
One or more clips just wouldn’t load/stream
As a visitor you should try viewing the involved page in a different browser. If that doesn’t help, there’s a great chance the uploaded movie is corrupted or possibly not even there/available. Therefore contact us right away. Note: If you can’t play any clip, please review this answer first.[back]
I have a low speed internet connection or the video doesn’t stream smoothly, what can I do?
Wait for the video to load completely then play.[back]
What is the recommended screen resolution viewing the website?
The minimal screen resolution is 800×600. We recommend 1024×768, larger than this isn’t very useful.[back]
